Apartments in the primary market have become the most expensive
In the second quarter of 2024, housing prices in Ukraine increased by an average of 10.0% compared to the same period in 2023.
This was reported by the State Statistics Service.
According to the statistical agency, apartment prices in the primary market increased by 12.6% over the year, while in the secondary market they rose by 8.7%.
One-room apartments became more expensive in the primary market by 12.8%, and in the secondary market by 9.0%. Two-room apartments in the primary market rose by 12.8%, and in the secondary market by 8.8%. Three-room apartments increased in price by 12.5% in the primary market and by 8.7% in the secondary market.
