Violation of these terms may be considered a breach of intellectual property rights with all the resulting consequences.
1. Any use of materials from the realt.ua portal (hereinafter referred to as the portal) is allowed under the conditions stated below. Use includes any reproduction, publication, copying, reprinting, distribution, translation, processing, and other methods provided by the current legislation of Ukraine.
2. Use of articles, news, and forum posts from the portal is permitted with a direct link (for internet publications - a hyperlink not closed for indexing) to the address of the material on the portal. The link (hyperlink) is mandatory regardless of whether the materials are used in full or in part.
3. Use of other content from the portal (including images), style, and form of information presentation is prohibited from copying and distribution without the written permission of the Administration.
4. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment the new edition is published on the portal.
5. Failure to comply with these terms will be considered a violation of the legally protected intellectual property rights and the right to information. In such cases, the Administration may protect its rights in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
